Its a simple 4 step process:
It all starts with a face to face meeting with one of our on-site personal trainers. This is an opportunity to get to know your personal trainer and to discuss your fitness goals, experience and current lifestyle.
Understanding your personal goals and current physical ability allows us to create an unparalleled training experience. This requires an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses to help us understand the best way to get you to your goals.
Now your assessment is complete, your personal trainer will now carefully analysis your results and define a training plan to get you started. All of your training sessions will be covered by an experienced floor coach to help guide you through the program.
This is a long term program so we are here to refine and improve your program as you go. If something isn't working for you, let us know. If you want to change your goals or have a change of circumstance, we will continue to shape your program to your needs.
As a member of OPEX Bristol you will build a genuine relationship with one of our highly educated personal trainers.
